And here's the best part: We are less conservative than a mortgage banker and not as limited as a broker, so we can fund nearly 100 percent of the loans we originate. In other words, if there's a way to fund it, we'll find it.

We use our own in-house underwriting, contract underwriting, document drawing, and funding departments. Our approval through Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, and most of the major secondary market conduits allows us access to more lending sources than our clients are able to find anywhere else.
